- 以4个牡丹品种、8个芍药品种为亲本,进行了杂交亲和性研究。结果表明:牡丹“彩绘×冠群芳”和芍药“粉玉奴×红玛瑙”组内杂交具有较高的亲和性;以芍药“粉玉奴”为母本,分别以牡丹“彩绘”、“粉中冠”为父本杂交获得了远缘杂交种子,并用ISSR分子标记对牡丹芍药远缘杂交后代进行真实性鉴定,2个子代确定为芍药和牡丹的远缘杂交后代,均属偏母型。扩增结果中出现了父母本都不具有的谱带,说明子代不仅遗传了亲本的特征而且突变产生亲本所不具备的新性状。
- Abstract:
- Taking 4 varieties of Paeonia suffruticosa and 8 varieties of Paeonia lactiflora as parents,the crossbreeding affinity was studied. The results showed that ‘Caihui×Guanqunfang’ and ‘Fenyunu×Hongmanao’ had a higher affinity for hybrids.Using ‘Fenyunu’ as female ,‘Caihui’ and ‘Fenzhongguan’ as males to hybrid ,the seeds were got,and the authenticity of hybrids was identified by ISSR. The results showed that two offspring were identified as Paeonia suffruticosa and Paeonia lactiflora hybrids,they were partial female. The bands which were absent in parents were found indicating the hybrids were not only genetic the parental characteristics but also produced some new traits which the parental did not have.
