- 单倍体育种是进行种质资源创新并快速固定优良性状的有效方法,而游离小孢子培养技术是获得单倍体的最佳途径。现从取材、预培养、游离、分化和再生5个方面综述了茄子游离小孢子培养胚胎发生及植株再生的影响因素,并针对茄子游离小孢子培养中存在的一些问题提出了今后的研究方向。
- Abstract:
- Haploid breeding was an effective method for germplasm innovation and good traits fixtion.Haploid was obtained mainly by the method of isolated microspore culture.This paper reviewed the factors affecting the microspore embryogenesis and plant regeneration of eggplant,such as materials,pretreatment,microspores isolation,differentiation and plant regeneration and discussed the future research direction according to the existing problems in the isolated microspore culture of eggplant.
