- “菜篮子”工程是西宁市一项重要的民生工程,随着西宁市工业化、城镇化进程的进一步加快,西宁市城镇人口明显增加,蔬菜供给压力增大,2010年西宁市人民政府办公厅《关于印发西宁市2010-2012年高标准温室建设方案的通知》下发以来,政府投入资金24 345.91万元,3 a内建成万栋温室蔬菜生产基地,以期在保障蔬菜供给、稳定蔬菜价格方面发挥作用。
- Abstract:
- Shopping basket’ program is an important civil engineering of Xining City. Along with the industrialization and urbanization speed up further, urban population of Xining increased significantly, the vegetables supply pressure build-up. since the General office of Xining city people’s government in 2010 ‘Notice of Xining city in 2010-2012 high standard greenhouse construction scheme’ issued, the government invested 243.4591 million yuan, built ten thousand greenhouse vegetable production base in 3 years, in order to play the role in the protection of vegetable supply, and stable prices of vegetables.
