- 以“先锋”甜樱桃为试材,在0℃冷藏条件下,研究不同容量和种类的薄膜包装对“先锋”樱桃贮藏效果的影响。结果表明:PVC保鲜膜是“先锋”樱桃的最佳薄膜包装;包装最适容量为10 kg,在这种条件下贮藏60 d后果实仍能保持较好的鲜食品质;高效乙烯去除剂可以对“先锋”樱桃起到保持品质的作用。
- Abstract:
- Taking‘Xianfeng’sweet cherry as material,the effects of packaging by different films and capacities on sweet cherry storaged under 0℃ were studied.The results showed that the optimum packaging and capacity for’Xianfeng’ sweet cherry was PVC (polyvinyl chloride) and 10 kg,the fresh quality of the cherry was better when kept after 60 days storaged by this way.Efficient ethylene remover had the effect of keeping fruit quality.
