- 以金荞麦叶为试材,采用超声波辅助法提取金荞麦叶中的黄酮类化合物,研究了基于亚硝酸钠-硝酸铝法的金荞麦叶总黄酮含量测定的改良方法。结果表明:该方法稳定性好,操作简单方便,可适用于金荞麦叶提取液中总黄酮含量的测定。
- Abstract:
- Taking Fagopyrum cymosum complex leaves as material,ultrasonic extraction method was used to extract flavonoids from Fagopyrum cymosum complex leaves,and a new determination method base on NaNO2-Al (NO3)3-NaOH spectrophotometric method was built.The results showed that this method was convenient,accurate,and reproducible,which could be used for flavonoids content determination of other parts in Fagopyrum cymosum complex.
