- 以3个番茄杂交组合B×C、K×B、B×I F1代及其亲本B、C、I、K为试材,以“小红”和“凤珠”为对照,研究分析了3个杂交组合的主要性状及杂种优势。结果表明:在3个杂交组合中,B×I的产量最高,为1 397.52 kg/667m2;单果重最大为9.77 g,显著高于I和C,坐果率最大为73.84%;B×I的维生素C含量较高,为7.93 mg/100g,显著高于I;首花序节位最低,为第5节,结果期最短为135 d;K×B较优。亲本中亲本I的产量最高,为1 462.86 kg/667m2,极显著高于C;坐果率达83.55%。
- Abstract:
- With 3 combinations B×C,K×B and B×I (F1 generation) and its parents B、C、I、K as materials,using ‘Xiaohong’ and ‘Fengzhu’ as contrasts,the main performance and variance of main characters of tomato reciprocal crosses were studied.The results showed that B×I had the highest yield with 1 397.52 kg/667m2,and the single fruit weight was the highest with 9.77 g,significantly higher than that of I and C,fruit setting rate was the highest with 73.84%;vitamin C of B×I was the higher with 7.93 mg/100g,significantly higher than that of I;first inflorescence nodes was the minimum of 5,fruit setting stage was the minimum of 135 d.K×B was better.The yield of parent I was the highest with 1 462.86 kg/667m2,significantly higher than that of C;fruit setting rate reached 83.55%.
