- 采用热水浸提法提取血红铆钉菇子实体多糖,并采用单因素试验和正交实验相结合的方法,研究了提取次数、提取温度、提取时间、料液比对血红铆钉菇子实体多糖提取率的影响。结果表明:提取血红铆钉菇多糖的最佳工艺条件为:提取温度100℃、料液比1∶16、提取时间2 h,浸提3次,血红铆钉菇子实体多糖的产率可达(7.64±0.15)%。
- Abstract:
- The polysaccharides from Gomphidius rutilus was extracted with hot water extraction method.The effect of extraction times,extraction temperature,extraction time and ratio of water to raw material on optimization extraction of polysaccharide were studied by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the best extraction conditions were chosen as:times of extraction was 3,temperature of extraction 100℃,time of extraction 2 h and ratio of water to raw material 1∶16.Under the optimize conditions,the eventually yield of polysaccharides from Gomphidius rutilus reached (7.64±0.15)%.
