- 以黑果龙葵为试材,研究了不同温度对其幼苗生长指标的影响。结果表明:在300 μmol·m-2·s-1的光照条件下,昼/夜温度30℃/25℃~25℃/20℃有利于龙葵幼苗的生长;相对较高(35℃/30℃)或较低的温度(20℃/15℃~15℃/10℃)极显著地抑制了幼苗株高、茎粗、叶面积的生长和地上、地下鲜重和干物质的积累;低温使龙葵幼苗叶片黄化、植株细弱。
- Abstract:
- Taking Solanum nigrum Linn as experiment materials,the influence of different temperature on the growth indexes of Solanum nigrum Linn seedlings were studied.The results showed that in the circumstances of a 300 μmol·m-2·s-1 light intensity,Day/night temperature between 30℃/25℃ to 25℃/20℃ was beneficial to the growth of seedling;a relatively higher temperature(35℃/30℃)or a relatively lower temperature(20℃/15℃ to 15℃/10℃) could inhibit the height,thickness of trunk and area of leaves and also inhibit the accumulation of weight of the above earth part and dry substances.Besides,at a lower temperature the leaves of seedlings would become yellow and the seedlings were thin.
