微生物菌剂与尿素配施对大蒜氮吸收及产量的影响

- 通过田间对比试验,研究了以放线菌、光合细菌为主的复合微生物菌剂与不同水平尿素配施对中牟大蒜植株氮素吸收、氮肥利用率及产量的影响。结果表明:复合微生物菌剂与全量尿素配施比传统单施尿素可显著提高大蒜产量及植株氮素吸收量,有效提高氮肥利用率。其中,复合微生物菌剂与全量及半量尿素配施的处理M+HF、M+HF/2,大蒜植株全氮吸收量较大,损失量小,氮肥利用率较高,分别比传统单施尿素的处理(HF)氮肥利用率提高3.94、2.03个百分点。其中,M+HF处理大蒜鲜蒜头产量最大,为1210kg/667m2,比传统施肥(HF)增产8.04%。

- Fieldtrialswerecarriedout,theeffectsofthebeneficialmicrobialagents,whichcontainactinomycetes,photosyntheticandothermicroorganisms,withdifferentlevelsofureaonnitrogenuptake,nitrogenuseefficiencyandyieldofgarlicwerestudied.Theresultsshowedthatthetreatmentsofapplyingmicrobialagentswithureacomparedtotraditionalnitrogenapplication,yields,nitrogenrecoveries,totalnitrogenweresignificantlyincreased.Thetreatmentsofmicrobialagentswithtotalconventionalureaandmicrobialagentswithhalfconventionalureawerehigherintotalnitrogenandnitrogenrecovery,lowerinnitrogenloss.Comparedtothetraditionalnitrogenapplication,thenitrogenrecoverywasincreasedby3.94%,2.03%.Besidesmicrobialagentswithtotalconventionalureatreatment,thegarlicyieldwasthehighestwhichwasabout1210kg/667m2,andcomparedtothetraditionalnitrogenapplication,theyieldincreasedby8.04%.
