紫叶稠李叶片中黄酮的提取工艺优化

- 以经过清洗、烘干、粉碎并且过筛的紫叶稠李叶粉末为原料,利用乙醇提取法,考察了乙醇浓度、提取时间、液料比、温度4个单因素对紫叶稠李叶黄酮提取率的影响,并在单因素试验的基础上进行了响应面试验,研究不同提取条件对紫叶稠李叶中总黄酮含量的影响。结果表明:紫叶稠李叶中黄酮提取的最佳工艺条件:乙醇浓度为70%,提取时间为80min,液料比为40∶1mL/g,提取温度为60℃。
- Abstract:
- Taking Padusvirginiana leavespowderaftercleaning,drying,crushingandsievingasrawmaterial,theeffectofethanolconcentration,extractiontime,solid-liquidratio,temperatureontheextractionrateofflavonoidsinPadusvirginianaleaveswerestudied,andonthebasisofsinglefactorexperiment,theeffectofdifferentextractionconditionsontheextractionrateofflavonoidsin Padusvirginianaleaveswerestudiedusingresponsesurfaceexperiment.Theresultsshowedthattheoptimizationtechnologicalconditionsofextractionprocessofflavonoidsin Padusvirginiana leaveswere:ethanolconcentration70%,extractiontime80min,ratioofliquidtosolid40∶1mL/g,extractiontemperature60℃.
