- 研究了8种碳源物质、7种氮源物质及8种碳氮比对花脸香蘑菌丝生长的影响。结果表明:适宜花脸香蘑菌丝生长的最适碳源物质是土豆,其次是高粱米、蔗糖、葡萄糖;适宜花脸香蘑菌丝生长的最适氮源物质是蛋白胨,其次是酵母膏、牛肉膏、硝酸钠;花脸香蘑菌丝生长的最适碳氮比是40∶1。
- Abstract:
- Mycelia growth of Lepista sordida was studied under 7 kinds of C sources,8 kinds of N sources and 8 kinds of C/N.The results showed that the optimal C source was potato,next came husked sorghum grain,sucrose and glucose.The optimal N source was peptone,next came yeast extract,beef extract and sodium nitrite.The best C/N was 40∶1.
