- 以榆白涩病病菌为试材,研究了不同碳、氮源对榆白涩病病菌菌丝及孢子萌发的影响。结果表明:适宜榆白涩病菌菌丝生长的碳源为葡萄糖、蔗糖;适宜病菌菌丝生长的氮源为NaNO3、Ca(NO3)2、甘氨酸、NH4NO3;适宜榆白涩病菌孢子萌发的碳源为葡萄糖、麦芽糖、蔗糖、谷氨酸、淀粉;适宜病菌孢子萌发的氮源为Ca(NO3)2、NH4NO3、谷氨酸。
- Abstract:
- Taking the Cylindrosporium ulmi(Fr.)Vassil.of Ulmus pumila L.as material,the influence of different carbon and nitrogen sourceson on the growth of it was studied.The results showed that the suitable carbon source for mycelium growth was β-Glucose,sucrose;the suitable Nitrogen source was NaNO3,Ca(NO3)2,D-glucuronic acid and NH4NO3.The suitable carbon source for spore germination was β-Glucose,maltose,sucrose,glutamic acid,amylum;the suitable nitrogen source was Ca(NO3)2,NH4NO3,glutamic acid.
