聚丙烯酰胺型保水剂栽培平菇的安全性

- 以平菇为试验材料,采用代料栽培添加不同比例(2‰、3‰、5‰)的聚丙烯酰胺型保水剂进行出菇试验,研究其对平菇菌丝生长速度、子实体产量和形态特征的影响。结果表明:保水剂添加量为2‰时,平菇的产量和生物学转化率达到最高,起到了节水增产的效果。同时,对聚丙烯酰胺型保水剂栽培平菇的安全性进行了初步评价,聚丙烯酰胺型保水剂具有良好的高温稳定性,高温高压灭菌后仍保持聚合物结构,且培养料中添加聚丙烯酰胺型保水剂栽培的平菇子实体中未检测到丙烯酰胺单体存在。
- Abstract:
- Polyacrylamide-typesuper absorbent polymers (SAP) was used in Pleurotus ostreatus cultivation.The effects of different dosage (2‰,3‰,5‰) of SAP on the mycelial growth rate,fruiting body yield and quality of P.ostreatus were studied.The results showed yield and biological efficiency of were maximized in 2‰ SAP dosage,that indicated SAP played an active role in water-saving and yield-increasing.Additionally,the safety of SAP in P.ostreatus cultivation was evaluated.The SAP kept polymerstructure and had high thermal stability in high temperature and high pressurecondition.Further,acrylamide (monomer of polyacrylamide) was not detected in P.ostreatus fruiting body that cultivated with SAP.
