- 生产效率是大蒜种植过程中需要考虑的重要因素。该研究通过运用DEA模型对我国大蒜的生产效率进行测度,并从纯技术效率、规模效率2个方面对其进行分析,同时根据种植面积的大小把种植主体划分为农户、家庭农场、企业和大户4种类型,每一类型代表一种生产规模,研究不同地区适合大蒜种植的最优生产规模。结果表明:我国大蒜的生产效率不高,主要是由于技术效率和规模效率没有达到最优,不同地区之间的生产效率相差较大,应该根据地区特征选择最优的生产规模以提高大蒜生产效率和主产品产值。
- Abstract:
- Production efficiency is an important factor in garlic planting.In this study,DEA model was used to measure the production efficiency of garlic in China,and it was analyzed by the pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency.According to the size of planting area,the planting subjects were divided into four types,farmers,family farms,enterprises and large households.Each type represents a production scale,and the optimal production scale suitable for garlic planting in different regions was studied.The results showed that the production efficiency of garlic in China was not high,mainly because the technical efficiency and scale efficiency were not optimal,and the production efficiency varies greatly between different regions.The optimal production scale should be selected according to the regional characteristics to improve the production efficiency and main product value of garlic.
