- 乡村振兴战略对农业发展提出了更加广泛和细致的要求。如何落实乡村振兴战略，尤其是在地方农业发展中实现乡村振兴总目标，是关系农业可持续发展和对标小康社会三农工作的关键。新疆作为我国西部重要省区，农业提质增效的空间很大。结合经济功能、社会功能以及生态功能3个维度，从多维的视角考察新疆地方农业多功能性发展的现状，有助于理解和把握新疆地方农业发展中存在的问题及根源。通过对经济功能、社会功能以及生态功能在3个维度的梳理，将农业多功能性的认识与乡村振兴总目标的内涵有机结合，为地方现代农业发展提供了新的思路及视角。
- Abstract:
- Rural revitalization strategy puts forward more extensive and detailed requirements for agricultural development.How to implement the rural revitalization strategy，especially in the local agricultural development to achieve the overall goal of rural revitalization，is the key to the sustainable development of agriculture and to mark the well-off society which include ‘Agriculture，rural areas and farmers’.As an important province in the west of China，Xinjiang has a large space for improving the quality and efficiency of agriculture.Combining the three dimensions of economic function，social function and ecological function，the multi-functional development of local agriculture in Xinjiang is investigated from a multi-dimensional perspective，which is helpful to understand and grasp the existing problems and root causes in the development of local agriculture in Xinjiang.Through sorting out the economic function，social function and ecological function in three dimensions，the understanding of the multi-function of agriculture and the connotation of the overall goal of rural revitalization are organically combined，providing a new ideas and perspective for the development of local modern agriculture.
