化肥减施、有机肥配施对辣椒产量及品质的影响

- 以“湘辣14号”辣椒为试验材料,采用大田试验方法,研究不施肥(CK)、单施化肥(CF)、70%化肥+30%有机肥(COF1)、50%化肥+50%有机肥(COF2)、30%化肥+70%有机肥(COF3)和单施有机肥(OF)对辣椒生长、产量及品质的影响。结果表明:减少化肥用量,增施有机肥可以显著提高辣椒植株的株高、开展度和辣椒果实产量,50%化肥+50%有机肥处理的辣椒株高和产量较其它施肥处理分别提高了3.53%~14.26%和13.90%~49.36%。施肥可以显著提高辣椒维生素C、蛋白质、可溶性糖和辣椒素含量;与单施化肥相比,增施有机肥还可以显著降低辣椒果实硝酸盐含量。50%化肥+50%有机肥处理的H2O2含量最低为0.75 μmol·mg-1,显著低于其它处理。综上,化肥减施、有机肥增施是提高辣椒产量和果实品质的关键途径之一,50%化肥+50%有机肥是促进黄壤土辣椒栽培增产提质的推荐施肥措施。

- Taking pepper variety ‘Xiangla No.14’ as the experimental material,using field experiment,effects of CK(no fertilizer),CF(chemical fertilizer),COF1(70% chemical fertilizer+30% organic fertilizer),COF2(50% fertilizer+50% organic fertilizer),COF3(30% fertilizer+70% organic fertilizer) and OF(organic fertilizer) on pepper yield and quality were studied.The results indicated that reduced chemical fertilizer and increased organic fertilizer could significantly increase plant height,development degree and fruit yield of pepper.The plant height and yield of pepper treated with 50% chemical fertilizer and 50% organic fertilizer increased by 3.53%-14.26% and 13.90%-49.36% respectively compared with those treated with fertilizer.Fertilization could significantly increase the content of vitamin C,protein,soluble sugar and capsaicin in pepper.Compared with chemical fertilizer application alone,organic fertilizer application could also significantly reduce the nitrate content of pepper fruit.The content of H2O2 in 50% chemical fertilizer and 50% organic fertilizer treatment was the lowest,which was 0.75 μmol·mg-1,significantly lower than those in other treatments.In conclusion,reducing chemical fertilizer and increasing organic fertilizer was one of the key ways to improve the yield and fruit quality of pepper.The COF2(50% fertilizer+50% organic fertilizer) was the recommended fertilization measures to promote the production and quality of pepper cultivation in yellow loam soil.
