- 以番茄为试材,采用接种丛枝菌根(AM)真菌摩西球囊霉(Funneliformis mosseae)和施用外源水杨酸(SA)的方法,研究了盐胁迫下番茄生长、光合作用、抗氧化物酶活性等的变化,以期为AM真菌与水杨酸在提高番茄耐盐性方面的应用提供理论支持。结果表明:6 g?L-1 NaCl胁迫下,接种摩西球囊霉、施加外源水杨酸(400 μmol?L-1 SA)或摩西球囊霉和水杨酸联用3种处理均明显增加了番茄根和茎叶的质量,提高了叶绿素含量和气孔导度、蒸腾速率、电子传导速率和光化学猝灭系数等光合指标。接种AM真菌和施加水杨酸提高了抗氧化物酶和超氧化物歧化酶活性,摩西球囊霉和水杨酸提高番茄抗盐性具有明显协同效应。表明接种AM真菌摩西球囊霉配合施用外源水杨酸能协同提高番茄耐盐胁迫。
- Abstract:
- In this research,the effects of arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi and salicylic acid on the growth,photosynthesis,and antioxidant enzymes activities of tomato under NaCl stress were explored.The results showed that AM fungi and exogenous salicylic acid (400 μmol?L-1SA) enhanced the weight of tomato roots,stems,and leaves under 6 g?L-1 NaCl stress.FM,SA,and FM+SA treatments had higher cholophyll content,gas conductance,ETR,and qP than those of salt treatment.FM and SA improved the POD and SOD activities of tomato under salt stress.The results showed that inoculation of AM fungi and application of exogenous salicylic acid under salt stress can improve the salt resistance of tomatoes.
