- 以6种鲜菌草(象草、巨菌草、五节芒、芒萁、类芦、菅)草粉为培养料,采用三级系统筛选法对6种鲜菌草草粉进行配方筛选优化,以期得到鲜菌草栽培平菇的最佳配方。结果表明:鲜菌草栽培平菇的最佳配方为鲜象草26%、鲜五节芒26%、鲜类芦26%,麸皮20%、石灰2%、含水量60%,该配方的碳氮质量比为28.6∶1,生物学效率为82.40%。鲜象草、鲜五节芒和鲜类芦组成的鲜菌草配方适宜作为栽培平菇的培养料。
- Abstract:
- Six kinds of fresh JUNCAO (Pennisetum purpureum,Pennisetum giganteum,Miscanthus floridulus,Dicranopteris dichotoma,Neyraudia reynaudiana,Themeda gigantea) were used as test materials,the method of three-level system selection was applied to optimize the above six kinds of fresh JUNCAO.In order to obtain the best formula for the cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus by fresh JUNCAO.The results showed that the best formula for the cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus was Pennisetum purpureum 26%,Miscanthus floridulus 26%,Neyraudia reynaudiana 26%,bran 20%,lime 2%,moisture content 60%,and the C/N of this formula was 28.6∶1,the biological efficiency was 82.40%.The formula of fresh JUNCAO composed of fresh Pennisetum purpureum,Miscanthus floridulus and Neyraudia reynaudiana was suitable for cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus.
