- 为了优化瓦松多糖提取条件,以狼爪瓦松为试材,以水为浸提溶剂,研究了不同浸提时间、不同料水比及不同浸提温度对瓦松多糖提取率的影响。结果表明:较佳的瓦松多糖提取方法为料水比1∶40 g?mL-1、温度100 ℃、浸提3 h。
- Abstract:
- In order to optimize polyoses extraction technology under water immersion of Orostachys cartilagineus A.Bor,experiments on extraction percent of different times,different material-water ratios,and different temperatures were designed.The results showed that the best technology was material-water ratio of 1∶40 g?mL-1 under 100 ℃ and extracted three hours.
