- 承德坝上及周边高海拔地区是我国重要的春夏胡萝卜种植基地，生产的胡萝卜产品远近闻名。经过多年的发展，该区胡萝卜种植技术与管理水平有了新的提高，在生产中通过优化精简传统种植技术，科学搭配种植品种，引入现代管理措施，提升单位面积产出比，实现了胡萝卜优质、高产、高效种植。
