- 以大蒜为试验材料,在氮磷钾供应充足条件下,采用盆栽试验方法研究了在大蒜连作0(CK)、10、20、30年条件下连作土对大蒜生长发育及其生理活性的影响。结果表明:随着连作年限的增加,各生物学指标呈现出快速-缓慢的下降趋势,连作10年的株高、假茎粗、蒜头直径和单个蒜头的重量均极显著低于对照(0年),已表现出明显的连作障碍,而连作10年和连作20年之间的差异并不显著,但继续增加连作年限至30年时连作障碍表现得更为明显。不同连作年限对大蒜生理指标也有显著影响,除过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性在连作0、10、20年之间差异不显著外,叶片叶绿素含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性均随连作年限的增加而显著降低,且SOD在不同连作年限下差异均极显著。总之,连作降低了大蒜株高、产量等形态指标及叶绿素、抗氧化物酶活性等生理生化指标,短期连作(10年)已表现出明显连作障碍,长期连作(30年)障碍更严重,降低了大蒜产量和经济效益,因此,生产中应注意合理轮作倒茬,避免连作障碍的发生。
- Abstract:
- With the soilscropped garlic for 0 (control),10,20,30 years as test materials,apot experiment was conducted to study the effect of continuous cropping onthe garlicgrowth and physiological activities.The results showed that the biological indicators of garlic were declined rapidly first and then slowly with the increasing of continuous cropping years.Continuous cropp-ingobstacle occurred in the 10 years with the index decreased,such as average height,pseudostem diameter,diameter of garlic bulb and individual garlic fresh weight.There was no significant difference between 10 years continuous cropping and 20 years,but when continue to 30 years,the continuous cropping obstacles appeared more obvious.At the same time,the chlorophyll content and superoxide dismutase (SOD),peroxidase (POD) activity were reduced notably except catalase (CAT) with different continuous cropping years.In conclusion,with nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium sufficiently supplied,continuous cropping decreased the photosynthetic properties and antioxidant enzyme activity of garlic,continuous croppingobstacle occurred in short-term (10 years) and more serious in long-term (30 years),therefore,the harm of continuous cropping obstacle would be reduced by crop rotation.
