- 以甜瓜(Cucumis melo L.)幼苗为试材,研究了不同浓度CO2对其生长发育、产量与品质的影响。结果表明:CO2加富(700 μL/L(处理Ⅰ)、900 μL/L(处理Ⅱ)、1 100 μL/L(处理Ⅲ)、1 300 μL/L(处理Ⅳ))增加了幼苗干重,利于培育壮苗。与对照干物重(0.87 g)相比,甜瓜幼苗CO2加富30 d后,处理Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ全株干物重分别达到1.12、1.29、1.59、1.65 g;壮苗指数分别为0.211、0.235、0.281、0.293。CO2加富提高了甜瓜产量和果实含糖量,增加了糖酸比,产量增幅达36.37%~83.12%。
- Abstract:
- Taking seedling of Cucumis melo L.as material,effects of CO2 enrichment on growth and development properties of melon in greenhouse were studied.The results showed that different concentrations of CO2 enrichment (700 μL/L(TⅠ),900 μL/L(TⅡ),1 100 μL/L(TⅢ),1 300 μL/L(TⅣ)) increased dry weight in comparison with ambient CO2 concentration (control).After CO2 enrichment for 30 days,total dry weight reached to 1.12 g (700 μL/L),1.29 g (900 μL/L),1.59 g(1 100 μL/L) and 1.65 g (1 300 μL/L),respectively comparing with control(0.87 g);and vigorous seedling index were 0.211,0.235,0.281,0.293,respectively.CO2 enrichment increased yield by 36.37%-83.12%, increased sugar content of fruit and sugar/acid ratio.
