- 以番茄品种“辽园多丽”为试材,探讨叶面喷施维生素A和钙混剂对番茄果实硬度、呼吸速率、乙烯释放量、细胞壁水解酶(多聚半乳糖酶、果胶甲酯酶和羧甲基纤维素钠酶)活力的影响。结果表明:与CK相比,2%维生素A(VA)+0.5% CaCl2和0.5% CaCl2均能有效延缓果实软化速度,推迟乙烯释放高峰出现的时间,还降低了呼吸速率、乙烯释放量和细胞壁水解酶的活性。与0.5% CaCl2处理相比,2% VA+0.5% CaCl2处理更显著地降低了细胞壁水解酶的活性,从而使果实硬度下降的速度减慢。
- Abstract:
- With ‘Liaoyuanduoli’ tomato as materials,effects of exogenous vitamin A and calcium spraying to the leaves were studied in order to investigate the treatments on fruit softening.Fruit firmness,respiration rate,ethylene production,cell wall hydralases (polygalacturonase,pectinmesterase,carboxymethl cellulosase) activities were studied.The results showed that compared with the control (water treatment),treatments 2% VA+0.5% CaCl2 and 0.5% CaCl2both delayed the tomato softening,postponed the peak of ethylene production,reduced the respiration rate,ethylene production and the activities of cell wall hydrolases significantly.In contrast to 0.5% CaCl2treatment,2% VA+0.5% CaCl2treatment decreased the activities of cell wall hydralases and slowed down the rate of fruits firmness significantly.
