- 川贝母是一种传统名贵中药材。然而其产业发展正面临种质资源濒临枯竭、基原多样复杂、品质参差不齐等严峻挑战,这势必影响到以其为主要原料的蛇胆川贝口服液、川贝枇杷糖浆等200多种国药准字号中成药的品质和疗效。因此,该文系统综述了多基原川贝母种质资源、保育策略及品质评价研究进展,重点比较了不同产地、不同基原川贝母主要活性成分差异,结果发现,单一成分难以全面评价川贝母品质,而建立以西贝母碱为基础,结合多指标成分及HPLC指纹图谱为核心的质量评价体系,更能科学评价不同基原川贝母的内在品质,确保川贝母的疗效,以期为川贝母种质资源保护、优异种质筛选及品质评价提供参考依据。
- Abstract:
- Fritillaria cirrhosa is a traditionally valued Chinese medicinal herb.However,its industrial development is facing severe challenges,including the depletion of germplasm resources,taxonomic complexity of multiple botanical origins,and inconsistent quality,all of which may compromise the quality and therapeutic efficacy of more than 200 approved Chinese patent medicines such as Shedan Chuanbei Oral Liquid and Chuanbei Loquat Syrup that use it as a primary raw material.Recent advances were systematically summarized in the research on germplasm resources,conservation strategies,and quality evaluation of F.cirrhosa with diverse origins.Particular emphasis was placed on comparing differences in major bioactive constituents among samples from different geographical regions and botanical sources.The results showed that single-component evaluation was insufficient to comprehensively assess the quality of F.cirrhosa.Instead,establishing a quality evaluation system centered on imperialine,integrated with multiple chemical markers and HPLC fingerprinting,provided a more scientific approach to assess its intrinsic quality and ensure therapeutic efficacy,in order to provide reference for the conservation of F.cirrhosa germplasm resources,the selection of superior germplasm,and the establishment of robust quality evaluation systems.
