- 以“施太1号”太子参为试材,采用正交实验L9(34)设计方法,设置氮、磷、钾、有机肥4个因素,每个因素3个水平共9个处理,研究了不同肥料配比对太子参产量结构及内在品质的影响,以期为太子参产业化、规模化生产提供参考依据。结果表明:高比例有机质、磷肥可以促进太子参地下鲜质量、地上干质量、地下干质量、根体积、总须根数量的提高。高比例钾肥能够提高太子参药用品质并促进产量的提高。根据隶属函数综合评分T3处理得分0.84最高,并且产量达到561.65 kg·hm-2,因此推荐氮肥75 kg·hm-2、磷肥30 kg·hm-2、钾肥120 kg·hm-2、有机肥900 kg·hm-2为太子参合理施肥量。
- Abstract:
- Taking ‘Shitai No.1’ Pseudostellariae heterophylla as the experimental material,four factors of nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium and organic fertilizer were set up by orthogonal L9 (34) design method,and each factor had three levels and a total of nine treatments.The effects of different fertilizer ratios on the yield structure and internal quality of Pseudostellaria heterophylla were studied,in order to provide reference for the industrialization and large-scale production of Pseudostellariae heterophylla.The results showed that high proportion of organic matter and phosphate fertilizer could promote the formation of underground fresh weight,aboveground dry weight,underground dry weight,root volume and total fibrous root number of Pseudostellaria heterophylla.High proportion of potassium fertilizer could improve the medicinal quality and yield formation of Pseudostellaria heterophylla.According to the comprehensive score of membership function,T3 treatment had the highest score of 0.84,and the yield reached 561.65 kg·hm-2.Therefore,75 kg·hm-2 nitrogen fertilizer,30 kg·hm-2 phosphorus fertilizer,120 kg·hm-2 potassium fertilizer and 900 kg·hm-2 organic fertilizer were recommended as the reasonable fertilization amount of Pseudostellaria heterophylla.
