- 以桑黄子实体为试材,采用电感耦合等离子发射光谱-质谱联用仪法,研究了不同种、产地、生长年限、栽培基质和栽培方式之间的硒和砷、汞、铅、镉、铬5种重金属差异性,以期为桑黄的栽培及资源开发利用提供参考依据。结果表明:桑黄子实体中硒元素检出率为83.3%,种和产地间桑黄子实体中硒元素含量有显著差异(P<0.05);生长年限、栽培基质和栽培方式间桑黄子实体中硒元素含量差异不显著(P>0.05),种以暴马丁香桑黄硒含量最高,为0.160 0 mg?kg-1;产地以浙江硒含量最高,为0.054 0 mg?kg-1;5种重金属检出率均为100%,不同产地、种、生长年限、栽培基质和栽培方式的桑黄子实体中5种重金属含量有显著差异(P<0.05),5种重金属均以铬元素含量最高,最高达5.06 mg?kg-1,而砷、汞、铅、镉含量均低于食品安全国家标准。但变异系数均小于1,离散程度低。
- Abstract:
- The fruit body of Phellinus linteus was used as material,and the method of inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-Ms) was used,the differences of Se,As,Hg,Pb,Cd and Cr among species,producing areas,growing years,cultivation media and cultivation methods were studied,in order to provide reference for the cultivation and resource development of Phellinus linteus.The results showed that the detection rate of Se in the fruit body of Phellinus linteus was 83.3% ,and the Se content in the fruit body of Phellinus linteus had significant difference (P<0.05) There was no significant difference of Se content in the fruiting body of Phellinus linteus(P<0.05) Among the growth years,cultivation media and cultivation methods,the Se content in the flos Mori was 0.160 0 mg?kg-1,the Se content in Flos Mori was 0.054 0 mg?kg-1.The detection rates of five heavy metals were all 100%.There were significant differences in the contents of five heavy metals (P<0.05) in the fruit bodies of Phellinus linteus from different habitats,species,growth years,cultivation media and cultivation methods.The content of chromium was the highest among the five heavy metals,the highest was 5.06 mg?kg-1.The content of arsenic,Mercury,lead and cadmium was lower than the national standard of food safety.But the coefficient of variation was less than 1 and the degree of dispersion was low.
