- 人工栽培香菇若生长管理不当，在进入生殖生长阶段易产生畸形菇。从香菇畸形菇种类、发生原因、预防措施等方面综述了辽宁东部山区人工栽培香菇过程中畸形菇形成的原因及预防措施。
