- 以“粉霸”番茄为试材,于果实膨大期每10 d叶面喷施50、100、150、200、250 μmol·L-1等不同浓度的褪黑素溶液,待果实成熟后测定果实品质,研究了褪黑素对番茄果实品质及游离氨基酸的影响,以期为提高设施蔬菜品质提供参考依据。结果表明:与对照相比,叶面喷施褪黑素降低了番茄果实中可滴定酸、维生素C、氨基酸的水平,提高了可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、番茄红素、可溶性固形物含量及糖酸比,并改变各类氨基酸的组成比例;其中施用100~200 μmol·L-1外源褪黑素对番茄果实综合品质的提升效果最好。
- Abstract:
- To get insights of the effects of melatonin on fruit quality and free amino acids of tomato,‘Fenba’ tomato leaves was sprayed with melatonin at 50,100,150,200,250 μmol·L-1 every 10 days during fruit expansion period,and then postharvest fruit quality including free amino acid were determined.In order to provide reference for improving the quality of protected vegetables.The results showed that compared with control,melatonin decreased the level of titratable acid,vitamin C and amino acid,increased the content of soluble sugar,soluble protein,lycopene,soluble solids and the ratio of sugar to acid,also changed the composition ratio of all kinds of amino acids.In summary,the application of 100-200 μmol ·L-1 exogenous melatonin had the best effect on improving the comprehensive quality of tomato fruit.
