- 基于黑木耳全产业链条,围绕生产、消费、加工、流通、贸易、价格等环节,对我国黑木耳的产业现状进行了全面性、综合性分析;指出了我国黑木耳产业存在产业化分工不明确、加工方式单一、品牌建设能力较弱3个方面的主要问题及资源环境与价格偏低制约产业发展的风险;提出了政府部门积极引导,加强产业化、集约化、特色化生产;积极研发替代料和菌渣应用技术,发展循环经济;个性化研发黑木耳精深加工产品,延长产业链;加强标准化生产,强化黑木耳品牌建设;加强培训指导,提高生产者职业素质5个方面的建议。
- Abstract:
- Based on the whole industrial chain of Auricularia auricula,this study made a comprehensive and comprehensive analysis of the present industrial situation of Auricularia auricula in China,focusing on the links of production,consumption,processing,circulation,trade and price,pointed out the main problems of industrialization division of labor,single processing mode and weak brand building ability in China,and the risks of restricting industrial development by low resources,environment and price;put forward the active guidance of government departments to strengthen industrialization,intensive and characteristic production;actively developed alternative materials and bacteria residue application technology to develop circular economy;developed individualized Auricularia auricula refined and deep processing products to extend the industrial chain;strengthened the standard To strengthen the brand construction of Auricularia auricula,to strengthen the training guidance and to improve the professional quality of producers.
