酒红球盖菇菌丝生长对不同培养基的响应

- 以酒红球盖菇R-4菌株为试材,采用微生物平板培养法,研究了12种氮源和8种碳源对酒红球盖菇生长的影响,以期为酒红球盖菇培养提供参考依据。结果表明:酒红球盖菇菌丝生长对氮源和碳源的选择差异不显著(P>005),均能利用试验所选的12种氮源和8种碳源,当酵母膏作为氮源和〖JP+2〗葡萄糖作为碳源时酒红球盖菇的菌落长势较优,菌丝生长速度较快。葡萄糖当作最优碳源时酒红球盖菇菌落生长速率、菌落直径、生长速度、菌丝生长指数分别是975 mm?d-1、5022 mm、141 mm?d-1和4673,酵母膏当作最优氮源时酒红球盖菇菌落生长速率、菌落直径、生长速度、菌丝生长指数分别是1412 mm?d-1、5254 mm、210 mm?d-1和4356,由此得出,酒红球盖菇生长的最优碳源是葡萄糖,最优氮源是酵母膏。

- R-4 strains of Stropharia rugosoannulata were used as test materials,microbial plate culture method was used,the effects of 12 kinds of nitrogen sources and 8 kinds of carbon sources on the growth of R-4 strains were studied,in order to provide reference for the cultivation of R-4 strains.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the selection of nitrogen and carbon sources for the mycelial growth of Stropharia rugosoannulata (P>05),12 nitrogen sources and 8 carbon sources selected in the experiment could be used.When yeast extract was used as nitrogen source and glucose was used as carbon source,the colony growth of Stropharia rugosoannulata was better and the mycelial growth rate was faster.When glucose was used as the optimal carbon source,the colony growth rate,colony diameter,growth rate and hyphal growth index were 975 mm ?d-1,5022 mm,141 mm?d-1 and 4673,respectively.When yeast extract was used as the optimal nitrogen source,The value of indicator described above were 1412 mm ?d-1,5254 mm,210 mm?d-1 and 4356,respectively.The results showed that glucose and the yeast extract was the best carbon source and nitrogen source respectively for the growth of Stropharia rugosoannulata.
