- 以‘迈田三品青’莴笋为试材,采用叶片喷施的方法,研究了不同植物生长调节剂组合:促长剂-控旺剂-促长剂-控旺剂(T1)、促长剂-矮壮素-促长剂-矮壮素(T2)、赤霉素-控旺剂-赤霉素-控旺剂(T3)、赤霉素-矮壮素-赤霉素-矮壮素(T4)、赤霉素-赤霉素-赤霉素-赤霉素(T5)和喷清水(CK)处理对“三青”莴笋生长和光合作用的影响,以期筛选出能促进“三青”莴笋高效生产的植物生长调节剂组合。结果表明:与CK相比,不同生长调节剂组合均增加了莴笋株高、茎粗、叶片数和单株质量。仅赤霉素处理(T5)的株高、茎粗、叶片数和单株质量前期增长较快,到后期逐渐减缓。而促进剂和抑制剂的交替使用前期生长较慢,而后逐渐增加且超过T5处理。其中第4次喷施后测得T2和T3处理茎粗、叶片数和单株质量较其它处理大,且T2处理叶绿素含量较CK显著增加。综上所述,T2处理为最佳生长调节剂组合,其提高了莴笋光合作用,促进其生长。
- Abstract:
- The variety of ‘Maitiansanpinqing’ asparagus lettuce was used as the test plant.The method of foliar spraying was used.The effects of growth regulator combinations,promoter-inhibitors-promoter-inhibitors (T1),promoter-CCC-promoter-CCC (T2),GA3-inhibitors-GA3-inhibitors (T3),GA3-CCC-GA3-CCC (T4),GA3-GA3-GA3-GA3 (T5) and spraying water (CK) on growth and photosynthesis of ‘Sanqing’ asparagus lettuce were studied.In order to screen out a combination of plant growth regulators that could promote the efficient production of ‘Sanqing’ asparagus lettuce.The results showed that different growth regulator combinations increased the plant height,stem diameter,leaf number,per plant weight of asparagus lettuce.In the prophase,the plant height,stem diameter,leaf number,per plant weight of T5 grew faster than other treatments,and the rate of growth decreased in the later period.When the promoter and inhibitor were used alternately,the growth of them was slower in the prophase,but they increased faster and greater than T5 in the later period.The stem diameter,leaf number,per plant weight of T2 and T3 were greater than other treatments.The chlorophyll content of T2 was the largest,and it significantly increased compared with CK.Therefore,the best combination of growth regulators was T2,which improve asparagus lettuce photosynthesis and promotes lettuce growth.
