野生红冬蛇菰提取物抑菌活性评价及作用机理

- 以野生红冬蛇菰不同溶剂提取物为试材,采用牛津杯法、微量肉汤稀释法考察红冬蛇菰不同提取物的抑菌活性,并以金黄色葡萄球菌为指示菌,探讨其活性成分作用下的抑菌机理和不同环境条件下的稳定性,以期为红冬蛇菰的进一步开发利用提供参考依据。结果表明:红冬蛇菰不同极性提取物均对革兰氏阳性菌G+表现出较好的抑菌活性,其乙酸乙酯提取物作用于金黄色葡萄球菌后,细菌增殖及离子外渗受到抑制;当环境pH升高以及Na+、K+、Ca2+、Fe3+金属离子存在时对抑菌活性产生一定抑制作用,在热处理下表现出较好的抑菌稳定性。野生红冬蛇菰不同提取物具有较好的抗G+菌活性及稳定性,其作用机制可能为影响细胞膜的通透性,紊乱细胞正常代谢,从而发挥抑菌作用。
- Abstract:
- Taking Balanophora harlandii as material,the different extracts of Balanophora harlandii were investigated by the oxford cup and the broth dilution.The mechanism and the antibacterial stability of the effective antibacterial part was also studied using S.aureusasthe indicator bacteria.The results showed that the different polar extracts of Balanophora harlandii showed good antibacterial effect togram-positive bacteria (G+).The ethyl acetate extract could significantly inhibit the proliferation and ion extravasation of S.aureus.As pH increased,metal ions such as Na+,K+,Ca2+,Fe3+were all had an inhibitory effect on the bacteriostatic activity of the extract.The wild Balanophora harlandii extracts had a good anti-G+ bacteria activity and stability,which mechanism may be to affect the permeability of cell membrane and the normal metabolism of cellsto play an bacteriostatic activity.This experiment could provide scientific basis for further research and rational utilization of Balanophora harlandii.
