- 大球盖菇是一种珍稀食用菌,又称酒红色球盖菇,近年来广泛受到学者的关注。大球盖菇中含有丰富的营养物质,其主要成分有多糖类、黄酮、酚类、甾醇等,报道称大球盖菇具有抗氧化、降血糖、抗肿瘤、抑菌、抗疲劳功效,极具开发成食药两用菌的潜力。该研究总结了国内外近年来对大球盖菇的研究文献,对其种植栽培技术、营养成分与生物活性方面进行了系统综述,旨在为大球盖菇进一步深入研究提供参考。
- Abstract:
- As a kind of rare edible mushroom,Stropharia rugosoannulata,it is known as the wine red Burgundy mushroom,has been widely concerned by scholars in recent years.There are abundant nutrients in Stropharia rugosoannulata.The main components of Stropharia rugosoannulata are polysaccharides,flavonoids,phenols and sterols.It is reported that Stropharia rugosoannulata has antioxidant,hypoglycemic,anti-tumor,bacteriostasis and anti-fatigue effects.It has great potential to develop into edible and medicinal bacteria.This study summarized the domestic and foreign research literatures on Stropharia rugosoannulata in recent years,and systematically summarized the cultivation techniques,nutrient components and biological activities of Stropharia rugosoannulata,in order to provide a reference for further study on Stropharia rugosoannulata.
