- 以162份辣椒材料为试材,对其进行疫病的人工接种抗性鉴定,以期为辣椒的抗疫病育种提供参考依据。结果表明:供试材料中抗病(R)材料11份、中抗(MR)材料23份、中感(MS)材料18份,感病(S)材料110份。同时对供试材料的疫病抗性与28个性状进行相关性分析,发现辣椒的疫病与果形、果肩形、果基存花萼和单株果数呈极显著相关关系,与主茎色、叶节色、株高、株幅和花柱长呈显著相关关系。对疫病抗性较强的供试材料中,长指椒和短羊角椒占有较大比例。
- Abstract:
- 162 pepper collections were selected as the experimental materials,and identification with artificial inoculation was conducted for their resistance to Phytophthora capsici,in order to provide reference for the resistance breeding of pepper.The results showed that 11 collections were resistant to Phytophthora capsici(R),23 collections were moderately resistant (MS),18 collections were moderately susceptible(MS),and 110 collections were susceptible (S).At the same time,the correlation between the disease resistance and 28 morphological traits of these 162 pepper materials was analyzed.The results indicated that there was a very significant correlation between the Phytophthora capsici resistance and the fruit shape,fruit shoulder shape,fruit-based storage calyx and fruit number per plant,and a significant correlation between the Phytophthora capsici resistance and the stem color,leaf color,plant height,plant width and style length.Among the accessions with stronger resistant to Phytophthora capsici,the long finger and long horn pepper took a large proportion.
