- 为研究昼夜温差对果实膨大期番茄光合作用和PSⅡ光化学活性及能量耗散的影响,在人工气候箱对果实膨大期番茄进行昼夜温差处理,设置25 ℃日平均温度下5个昼夜温差(DIF)水平,即-18 ℃(16 ℃/34 ℃)、-12 ℃(19 ℃/31 ℃)、0 ℃(25 ℃/25 ℃)、+12 ℃(31 ℃/19 ℃)、+18 ℃(34 ℃/16 ℃)。结果表明:正昼夜温差使净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、叶绿素a(Chl a)、叶绿素b(Chl b)、最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、电子传递速率(ETR)、光化学猝灭系数(qP)等增大,但其均在+18 ℃ DIF处理下低于+12 ℃ DIF处理,且随负昼夜温差的增大而减少。昼夜温差也影响了PSⅡ能量耗散机制,非调节性能量耗散Y(NO)、调节性能量耗散Y(NPQ)和光量子过剩程度(EPD)在负昼夜温差下增大,在正昼夜温差下减少。正昼夜温差促进光合作用,而负昼夜温差抑制光合作用,并导致一定程度光抑制,光合速率在负昼夜温差下下降主要是非气孔限制作用。
- Abstract:
- In order to study the effect of day and night temperature difference on photosynthesis,photosynthetic activity and energy dissipation of tomato during fruit expanding stage,one experiment was conducted in climate chambers.Five day/night temperature regimes 16 ℃/34 ℃,19 ℃/31 ℃,25 ℃/25 ℃,31 ℃/19 ℃ and 34 ℃/16 ℃ with respective DIF of -18 ℃,-12 ℃,0 ℃,+12 ℃ and +18 ℃ at a common 25 ℃ mean daily temperature were used.The results showed that chlorophyll a (Chl a),chlorophyll b (Chl b),net photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance (Gs),maximum quantum yield of PSII photochemistry (Fv/Fm)and photochemical quenching (qP) and so on,significantly increased under positive DIF while decreased with negative DIF,which were larger under +12 ℃ DIF than that of +18 ℃ DIF.DIF also influenced energy dissipation,the non-regulation of energy dissipation,regulation of energy dissipation and photo excess degree increased under negative DIF while decreased under positive DIF.Therefore,positive DIF promoted photosynthesis while negative DIF inhibited photosynthesis and led to photoinhibition.Pn decreased under negative DIF due to non-stomatal limitation.
