- 以“青叶”绿萝为试材，研究了5种不同植物生长调节剂组合对绿萝水培生长的影响。结果表明：以0.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L NAA作为水培液，鲜重增加率、新叶生长数、主根数量、平均根长、平均主根根径在各处理中表现最优，可在生产上推广应用。
- Abstract:
- Taking Epipremnum aureum as test material,the effect of five different combinations of plant growth regulators on the growth of hydroponics Epipremnum aureum were studied.The results showed that with 0.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L NAA as a hydroponic solution，fresh weight increasd，the number of new leaf growth,root number，average length，average root diameter was the optimal among the other treatments，could be used in production.
