秋水仙素对蓝蓟种子诱导变化的研究

- 以蓝蓟种子为试材,研究了秋水仙素不同浓度(CK、0.05%、0.10%、0.20%、0.30%、0.40%)、不同处理时间(12、24、36、48 h)对蓝蓟种子发芽及幼苗生长性状的影响。结果表明:时间相同,浓度不同,浓度越高对蓝蓟种子发芽和生长的抑制作用越强,且有一定的畸变率;叶片表面肥厚粗糙不平,呈暗绿色,浓度越大影响越明显。随浓度增大和处理时间的延长,蓝蓟种子的发芽率、发芽势均呈现降低现象,当浓度为0.40%、时间在48 h时发芽率为36%,发芽势为16%。随着秋水仙素浓度增大,蓝蓟苗期的苗高、叶长逐渐减小,叶宽变大,生命力较短。

- Taking Echium vulgare L. seeds as materials,effect of different colchicines concentrations(CK,0.05%,0.10%,0.20%,0.30%,0.40%)and soaking times(12 hours,24 hours,36 hours,48 hours) on germination and seedling growth of Echium vulgare L. seed were studied.The results showed that,with the increase of colchicines concentration,the growth of germination and seedling had a highly depressed promotion and a certain distortion rate;obviously,with the increase of concentration,the surface of the blade became hypertrophy with dark green.Between the germination rate and germination potential of Echium vulgare L.seeds showed a lower phenomenon with the increase of concentration and soaking time.When the concentration was 0.40% and the soaking time was 48 hours,the germination rate was 36%,the germination potential was 16%.As the increase of concentration,the height and length of leaves at seedling stage was gradually reduced and the leaf width became larger,with a short vitality.
