- 以番茄品种“佳粉17号”为试材,通过营养液栽培试验,探讨了在氮、磷、钾缺素条件下番茄幼苗的形态指标、植株生物量变化及缺素症状。结果表明:缺素处理对番茄幼苗生长影响显著,番茄幼苗在缺素处理时其株高、主根长、植株鲜重均明显降低;而根冠比却显著升高,且地上部分表现出各种营养元素缺乏时的特有症状,从而为番茄栽培中营养水平判断提供理论依据。
- Abstract:
- Taking tomato variety of ‘Fenjia No.17’ as material,a hydroponic culture was carried out to study the element deficiency symptoms,plant biomass,morphology and root-shoot ratio of tomato seedlings on N,P and K element deficiency treatment.The results showed that the element deficiencies had significant effect on growth of tomato seedlings.Plant height,taproot length and plant biomass were obviously decreased under the different element deficiency treatments,but root-shoot ratio of tomato seedlings was increased significantly.Both shoots and roots of plants showed the specific symptoms under the different element deficiencies.The results could provide a theoretical basis for rational fertilization in tomato cultivation.
