- 以黄瓜、番茄、茄子、辣椒幼苗为试材,研究了不同浓度羧甲基壳聚糖对各种类蔬菜苗期生长指标的影响。结果表明:不同浓度羧甲基壳聚糖对同种蔬菜苗期生长指标影响不同,适宜浓度的羧甲基壳聚糖能明显提高各种蔬菜的各项生长指标,在一定浓度范围内,随着浓度增大,效果越明显,促进作用越强,且在0.1 g/L浓度处理时表现最好;当大于0.1 g/L浓度时,促进作用随之降低,但均高于对照。
- Abstract:
- Taking seedling of cucumber,tomato,eggplant,pepper as test materials,the effect of different concentration of carboxymethyl chitosan on the seedling growth of several vegetables were studied.The results showed that the different concentration of carboxymethyl chitosan showed different affection on the same indicators of vegetables seedling growth,suitable concentration of carboxymethyl chitosan could obviously increase the growth indicators of different kinds of vegetables,in the certain concentration range,as the concentrateon increased,the effect was more obvious,and in the concentration of 0.1 g/L,showed the best stage;when more than 0.1 g/L,the promoting effect decreased,but were higher than control.
