- 以“玉金香”甜瓜的腐烂病原菌交链菌为供试菌种,研究了不同浓度的5种杀菌剂(扑霉灵、扑海因、富力库、万利得、施保克)对该菌的抑制效果,以期筛选适合甜瓜采后致病交链菌低毒高效的防治农药,为筛选甜瓜采后致病真菌的防治药剂提供理论参数。结果表明:5种药剂中对交链菌的抑制效果较好的药剂有100 mg/L扑霉灵、1 000 mg/L富力库、500 mg/L扑海因。
- Abstract:
- Taking Alternariasp. after melon postharvest as tested strain,the inhibition effect of different concentrations of fungicide (prochloraz,iprodione,folicur,imazalil,sportak) on Alternariasp. were studied,in order to screen the suitable fungicides for prevent Alternaria sp.with low toxicity and high efficiency,also to provide a theoretical basis for fungicides.The results showed that fungicides with the best inhibition effect were 100 mg/L prochloraz,1 000 mg/L folicur and 500 mg/Lprodione.
