- 以马铃薯秸秆为主要栽培原料，经处理后进行熟料栽培平菇，研究了5种培养基配方对平菇产量的影响。结果表明：不同培养基配方的平菇菌丝体均有良好长势，生物学效率有差异；综合分析比较，配方②（马铃薯秸秆80%、稻草17%、石膏1%、石灰2%）栽培平菇，可正常出菇4潮，商品性状好，生物学效率超过120%，污染率低，综合经济效益好。
- Abstract:
- Taking potato straws as the main cultivated materials，the effect of 5 substrate formulas on cultivate of Pleurotus ostreatus were studied.The results showed that the mycelium of Pleurotus ostreatus in different substrate formulas grew well,biological efficiency had difference,the formula 2(potato straw 80%,straw 17%,gypsum 1%,lime 2%) had well hypha and 4 times fruiting,biological efficiency,was more than 120%.Meanwhile it had good commodity characters，less contamination and high comprehensive economic benefits.
