无患子总皂苷提取工艺条件优化及天然洗涤剂研制

- 以野生成熟的无患子果实为试材,采用超声波协同提取法提取无患子中的总皂苷,通过单因素试验和正交实验确定最佳提取工艺条件,以齐墩果酸为对照品,利用香草醛-冰醋酸-高氯酸体系分光光度法,在波长539nm处测定无患子总皂苷含量。以水为溶剂,筛选出无患子天然洗涤剂的最佳配方,并测定其去污能力。结果表明:无患子总皂苷的最佳提取工艺条件为:乙醇体积分数55%,料液比1∶40,超声波功率100W,超声时间45min。此条件下的提取物中总皂苷平均含量为19.40%。以固液比小于1∶4的无患子天然洗涤剂有较好洗涤效果,该产品绿色环保,环境友好,具有较大的研究和开发利用潜力。

- Takingwildnature Sapindusmukurossiasmaterial,thetotalsaponinewasextractedbytheultrasonicextraction,andtheoptimalconditionsweredeterminedbysinglefactorandorthogonalexperimentandusingoleanolicacidasthecontrol,thecontentsoftotal Sapindussaponine weremeasuredbyspectrophotometerofvanillin-aceticacid-perchloricacidsystematawavelengthof539nm.Onthebasis,usingwaterasasolventtoselectethebestformulaofthenewdetergentthroughexperimentation,anddetermineitsdecontaminationability.Theresultsshowedthattheoptimalextractiontechnologywasasfollows:55%ethanol,theratioofmaterialtosolvent1∶40,ultrasonicextractingtime45min,ultrasonicextractionpower100W,theaveragecontentoftotalsaponineintheextractionwas19.40%underthiscondition.ThewashingliquidofSapindusmukurossi hadthefeaturesofgreen,environmentalprotection,environment friendlyandbetterwashingeffectundersolidliquidratioof1∶4.Soitwouldhavegreatpotentialofdevelopmentandutilization.
