- 以映山红杜鹃的叶片通过无菌培养获得的组培苗为材料,研究了不同育苗基质、不同覆盖措施、施用不同肥料对其练苗效果的影响,以期筛选最适宜的练苗条件。结果表明:练苗基质最适配比是腐殖土∶锯末∶珍珠岩=3∶1∶1;最适覆盖方式为透光率25%遮阳网直接覆盖;采用0.1尿素+0.1% KH2PO4效果最佳,苗木成活率最高。
- Abstract:
- Taking tissue culture seedlings which were obtained by sterile culture leaves of Rhododendron simsii Planch as experimental material,the hardening-seedling technology of tissue culture seedlings by transplanted them into different media,taken different coverage measures for them and used different fertilizer were studied.The results showed that the humus+sawdust+perlite was the best cultivation substrate when the ratio of them was 3∶1∶1;Optimal coverage measure was that tissue culture seedlings were directly covered by a sun network whose light transmission rate was 25%;0.1 urea+0.1% KH2PO4 was best for hardening-seedling.
