- 以“热情”、“粉冠军”等20个红掌切花和盆载品种为试材，分别从母本园的建立到外植体的选取、无菌外植体的建立、继代培养和生根培养的整个过程以及母液的保存、培养基的配制与保存、接种人员的培训、环境、生产车间、苗木与人员的进出等对红掌组培苗可造成污染的各个生产环节进行了分析研究，以更好地防控红掌组培苗工厂化生产中存在的污染问题。结果表明：各个生产环节均可能引发污染，对各个生产环节实行标准化管理，严格控制，提高生产人员防治污染的意识和技术，是减少污染发生的关键。
- Abstract:
- Taking Anthurium andraeanum‘Pink champion’ and Anthurium andraeanum‘Tropical’ and others of totally 20 varieties used both in cutting flower and pot flower as experimental materials，the reasons caused pollution in factory Anthurium andraeanum plantlets，such as maternal plant，selection of explants，establishment of sterile explant，subculture，preparation and storage of medium，training of operators，as well as environmental sanitation of incubation room，and etc.were studied and discussed.The results showed that the pollution of Anthurium andraeanum plantlets could be resulted in every factor mentioned above，and thus the key to reduce and prevent the pollution should be to practice standard management，strict pollution control in every aspect of tissue culture，improve awareness and techniques to pollution of ?tissue culture of Anthurium andraeanum.
