- 以‘香玉’、‘鲁菏红’、‘胡红’、‘姚黄’、‘桃红飞翠’、‘脂红’、‘桃红献媚’、‘飞燕红装’8个牡丹品种为试材,研究花朵开放到衰老过程中花瓣可溶性糖含量以及花瓣含水量变化对花期的影响。结果表明:可溶性糖含量和花瓣含水量是影响牡丹花期的重要生理因素。花开放过程中,可溶性糖(葡萄糖和果糖)含量呈迅速增加趋势,直至盛开后到达顶峰,蔗糖含量则呈现不断降低趋势。花瓣含水量变化受可溶性糖的调节。牡丹通过可溶性糖对含水量的调节控制花朵发育。
- Abstract:
- With eight peony‘Xiangyu’,‘Luhehong’,‘Huhong’,‘Yaohuang’,‘Taohongfeicui’,‘Zhihong’,‘Taohongxianmei’,‘Feiyanhongzhuang’ as materials,the sugar metabolism and relative water content in the petals were investigated,to clarify the effect of soluble sugar and water content on florescence during flowering opening and senescence.The results showed that soluble sugar and the water content of petals might be important for flowering opening and senescence in peony.During the flower opening,the amount of soluble sugar(glucose and fructose) increased rapidly,sucrose was decreased constantly.The water content was influenced by soluble sugar.Peony control the flower growth by adjusting the amount of water content through soluble sugar.
