- 以不同来源的24份(T1~T24)铁皮石斛及其混淆品为试材,比较了其一年生成熟茎的多糖含量差异,以筛选高品质的铁皮石斛。结果表明:4份铁皮石斛混淆品的多糖含量均低于18.0%,而 20份铁皮石斛样品中有17份的多糖含量高于药典规定的(25.0%)标准,其中2份铁皮石斛(T4和 T2)显著高于其它样品,多糖含量分别高达47.0%和44.1%。从来源地看,云南来源的铁皮石斛平均多糖含量最高(40.4%),其次为浙江来源样品(29.0%)、广东企业送检样品(28.9%)和杂交铁皮样品(26.9%),广西来源的样品含量最低(25.7%)。
- Abstract:
- Taking 24 Dendrobium officinale and their adultarants from different origins as test materials,the polysaccharides contents of the stems of Dendrobium officinale from one-year-old stem were determined and compared.The results showed that polysaccharide contents of 4 adulterants were below 18.0%,and 17 samples in 20 with the polysaccharide contents above 25.0%,and T4 and T2 had higher content of 47.0% and 44.1%,respectively.D.officinale samples from Yunnan Province were significantly higher than others,with the average polysaccharide content of 40.4%,followed with D. officinale samples from Zhejiang Province (29.0%),companies in Guangdong Province (28.9%) and D.officinale hybrids (26.9%),but the polysaccharide contents of D. officinale samples from Guangxi Province was the lowest,only 25.7%.
