- 以“宁杞1号”枸杞为试材,采用盆栽试验,研究了LBF-2和LBF-27两种深色有隔内生真菌(DSE)对枸杞幼苗的接种效应。结果表明:2个DSE菌种对枸杞具有较高的侵染率,均在65.81%以上;2个DSE菌种可提高枸杞对缺水的忍耐性和树体发枝能力;接菌处理的鲜果单果重较对照处理提高了10.53%~24.56%,其中LBF-27接种处理的枸杞果实单果重最大;接种DSE可促进游离脯氨酸在枸杞叶片内的累积,降低丙二醛含量,提高枸杞的抗逆性。
- Abstract:
- Taking wolfberry as test material,the inoculating effect of two kinds of dark septate endophytes(DSE),LBF-2 and LBF-27 on wolfberry was investigated by pot experiment in this paper.The results showed that two kinds of dark septate endophytes(DSE),LBF-2 and LBF-27 had high colonization rate to wolfberry.The colonization rate was more than 65.81%.The DSE could promote the endurance to water loss and branching ability of wolfberry.The fruit weight of inoculating treatments were 10.53%-24.56% higher than that of CK.The average fruit weight of inoculating LBF-27 was the highest among treatments,24.56% higher than that of CK.The inoculating DSE fungi treatments could promote free proline accumulating and decrease MDA content in the leaves of wolfberry,and improve the resistance of wolfberry,especially in the treatment of LBF-27.There was no synergistic effect between LBF-27 and LBF-2.
