- 以10个地黄品种为试材,采用便携式光合作用测定仪,于06:00—18:00每隔2 h测定1次地黄叶片的净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs)和胞间CO2浓度(Ci),研究了10个地黄品种的光合日动态特性,以期为优选地黄种质资源提供科学依据。结果表明:10个地黄品种的净光合速率的日动态变化均表现出明显的“午休”现象,但不同品种在高峰和低谷值及该值出现时间上存在差异。10个地黄品种的Ci、Gs和Tr的日动态表现出不同变化趋势。10个地黄品种的Pn与Ci (除“小黑英”外)呈显著或极显著负相关关系,与PAR和Tr(除“9302”外)分别呈显著或极显著正相关关系。综合分析表明10个地黄品种中的“金九”“红薯王”“小黑英”净光合速率较高,可以作为优质种源做进一步筛选或推广,而“83抚育”“9302”净光合速率较低,不建议推广种植。
- Abstract:
- 10 varieties of Rehmannia glutinosa L. were uesd as materials,from 06:00 to 18:00,the net photosynthetic rate (Pn),transpiration rate (Tr),stomatal conductance (Gs) and intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci) of Rehmanniae glutinosa L.leaves were measured every 2 hours using a portable photosynthesis apparatus,the diurnal dynamics of photosynthesis based on 10 varieties of Rehmannia glutinosa L. were studied,in order to provide scientific basis for optimizing Rehmannia glutinosa L. germplasm resources.The results showed that the diurnal dynamics of net photosynthetic rate of 10 varieties of Rehmannia glutinosa L. had obvious phenomenon of lunch break.Different varieties showed different trends in daily dynamics of Ci,Gs,and Tr.The results of correlation analysis between Pn and Tr,Gs,Ci,RH,PAR showed that the Pn had a significant negative correlation with Ci (except for ‘Xiaoheiying’) and a significant positive correlation with PAR and Tr (except for ‘9302’),respectively.The comprehensive analysis showed that the net photosynthetic rate of ‘Jinjiu’,‘Hongshuwang’ and ‘Xiaoheiying’ was higher than other cultivations could be promoted as a high quality seed source.The net photosynthetic rate of ‘83fuyu’ and ‘9302’ was low and it was not recommended to promote.
