- 避雨栽培较广泛的应用于成熟期多雨地区的鲜食葡萄生产中,可降低葡萄病害,提升葡萄品质。该试验以酿酒葡萄“赤霞珠”为试材,采用田间随机区组方法搭建白(W)、蓝(B)和紫(P)色避雨棚膜,研究了棚膜颜色对葡萄成熟过程中光合作用及果实品质指标的影响。结果表明:蓝色和紫色棚膜可有效提高葡萄的光合指标;紫色棚膜在葡萄转色完成后能促进果实还原糖、总花色苷和单宁的积累,蓝色棚膜可促进葡萄果实总酚和类黄酮类物质的积累;蓝色和紫色棚膜能有效缓解由于气候变化对葡萄果实品质指标带来的极端变化。综合考虑,紫色棚膜是“赤霞珠”葡萄避雨栽培的最佳棚膜。
- Abstract:
- Rain-shelter cultivation is widely used in the production of table grapes in mature and rainy areas,which could reduce grape diseases,improve grape quality.The effects of different color film treatments on photosynthesis and fruit quality of grape were studied by using ‘Cabernet Sauvignon’ as test material.The results showed that the purple and blue film treatments could effectively improve grape photosynthetic characteristics.The purple film could promote the accumulation of reducing sugars,total anthocyanins and tannins in the grape after veraison,and the blue film could promote accumulation of total acid,total phenols and flavonoids.The blue and purple films effectively alleviated the extreme changes caused by climate change to grape fruit quality indicators.
