- 以生物基水溶肥为研究对象,以常规水溶肥、常规水溶肥+生物基水溶肥、70%常规水溶肥+生物基水溶肥料为处理,研究了不同肥料对番茄植株长势、果实品质与产量以及土壤养分的影响,以期为生物基水溶肥在设施果菜上的合理应用提供参考。结果表明:施用生物基水溶肥可以明显改善土壤质量,促进植株生长,提高果实品质与产量,施用常规水溶肥+生物基水溶肥相对常规水溶肥(CK)叶绿素含量高出10.84%~27.08%,叶面积增大16.02%~28.68%;施用生物基水溶肥植株根系长为CK的1.17~1.80倍,根表面积增加13.83%~18.83%;施用生物基水溶肥相对于单独施用常规水溶肥土壤pH、EC值分别下降2.02%~2.82%与6.51%~8.12%;施用生物基水溶肥可显著改善土壤微生物数量;施用常规水溶肥+生物基水溶肥果实维生素C含量最高为69.63.mg?kg-1,较CK增加7.97%。相对于CK,施用生物基水溶肥可减少果实硝酸盐含量,增加番茄产量,常规水溶肥+生物基水溶肥667.m2产量最高,为5.015.kg,较CK增产4.7%。
- Abstract:
- Bio-based water soluble fertilizer was taken as the research object,conventional water-soluble fertilizer,conventional water-soluble fertilizer+bio-based water soluble fertilizer,70% conventional water-soluble fertilizer+bio-based water soluble fertilizer were taken as the treatments,the effects of different fertilizers on growth,fruit quality,yield and soil nutrients of tomato plants were studied,in order to provide reference for the rational use of facilities on fruits and vegetables.The results showed that the application of bio-based water soluble fertilizer could significantly improve soil quality,promote plant growth and improve fruit quality and yield,the application of conventional fertilizer and bio-based water soluble fertilizer relative chlorophyll content of CK was higher than 10.84%-27.04%,leaf area increased 16.02%-28.68%,the root length of 1.17-1.80 times that of CK in bio-based water soluble fertilizer,root surface area increased by 13.83%-18 83%.The application of bio-based water soluble fertilizer compared with conventional water soluble fertilizer alone,pH and EC value decreased by 2.02%-2.82% and 6.51%-8.12%,respectively.The application of bio-based water soluble fertilizer could significantly improve the quantity of soil microorganism.The highest content of vitamin C which used conventional fertilizer and bio-based water soluble fertilizer was 69.63 mg?kg-1,increased by 7.97% compared with CK.Relative to CK,the application of bio-based water soluble fertilizer could not only reduce the nitrate content in tomato fruit,but also increase tomato yield,the conventional fertilizer and bio-based water soluble fertilizer yield up to 5 015 kg per 667 m2,comparison of CK production by 4.7%.
